In a one-on-one situation the workstation is assessed and ergonomically adjusted to fit the individual:

In order to custom fit the work station an interview, observation of work and customized education is given guiding each individual through the 7 Commandments of Ergonomics©.  The report includes a completed checklist summarizing the changes needed to comply with the 7 Commandments of Ergonomics© and recommendations are made for equipment and/or suggestions are made for solving problems that can’t be resolved at the time of the assessment.

Time Required:

Estimated at 1 hour.

Report Writing:

The report is set out showing a “before and after” basis of the 7 Commandments of Ergonomics©. Report consists of 7 Commandments of Ergonomics© findings, solutions implemented at the time of assessment, and if all recommendations cannot be implemented, the report will contain further recommendations with sources for equipment and the estimated cost of equipment.

I’d like to first off start by saying that we are pleased with your assessments.  They are thorough and appear to be helpful to our users.  I like the detailed follow-up report.  Not only is it helpful at the time to determine what equipment is needed but is also a great reference tool for the user to refer to from time to time if perhaps they start getting a bit sore or fall back into old habits.
